During your journey across the Old World, you and up to 3 fellow survivors will stop at several locations and disembark to search old abandoned locations to look for fuel and upgrades to keep the Engine running. THE ENGINE The Engine powers everything onboard the train, so managing your fuel is crucial. Beyond simply being used to travel to new destinations, excess fuel will allow you to power the fabricator, the suit repair machine, and even state-of-the-art technology that allows you to reanimate your lost teammates. If you happen across raw materials during your travels, instead of recycling
